Thankfully we didn't need to use it but I never travel without it. I did need to use it last Feb as I broke my wrist skiing. It was very easy to get everything that I needed taken care of. Customer service was great.

After a bunch of research, I realized that most trip protection plans don't have sufficient coverage for medical emergencies. So this plan is a great supplement to a general trip protection plan and provides much higher coverage limits for serious medical situations. In a perfect world, I'd be able to buy the best of both in one plan. But this is the next best alternative, and I'd highly recommend you evaluate it.
