I filed a travel delay claim for one night hotel and one meal with BHTP. We missed our flight due to weather and ATC delays at Heathrow. Claim processed and paid within 15 days of submission. No requests for duplicate documentation. Very impressed. Left Nationwide after 9 years due to their atrocious service. Will continue to work with BHTP.

Was good to know that my trip was covered and other expenses in case of any mishaps only had one, but didn’t have to report, which was one of our tour cruises was canceled, but they gave us a voucher for another

The insurance world is very complex and a bit difficult to understand in many ways. I got this insurance for this recent trip, I had a very unpleasant, traumatic and disturbing situation during the trip, I called the number provided from abroad and the person who answer the phone was very unhelpful, No empathy and no compassion at all. I wish she or someone she cares would be in the same situation I was so she will know how it feels.

Set up was easy for my cruise but when I came back to plug in flight details the system did not function. Chats did not help and phone reps could not put in the basic flight details. Forced to dictate the flight details to phone rep to be on record. Frustrating and time consuming!
