We did not file a claim, but did use the telehealth service when my husband tested positive for COVID-19. It was reassuring to be able to speak with a doctor familiar with European rules for isolation and also testing needed to return to the USA. Next time I’d buy coverage for an extra week as our trip was extended due to his positive test and a flight cancellation beyond our control.
