I really can’t say much because luckily, I did not not need it

The trip went very well. No problems occurred, therefore we did use the insurance. It was nice to know we had the coverage if something happen!

Did not need to use the plan so with that, everything worked out well.

My high review reflects the that was given to me by Insure My Trip and IMG regarding changes I made in my policy. The first request involved decreasing amount of coverage after realizing my nonrefundable business class air tickets should not have been included after I realized the airline would give me air credit if I cancelled. IMG decreased my coverage after I provided the appropriate documentation and refunded me. Then my total trip I cancelled due to Israel war and I was able to switch the plan to a new trip since it fell within the appropriate timeline. Again customer reps were helpful in getting this change.

Fortunately, I did not have to use the insurance. So, I can't really comment on quality of service. However, I was very satisfied with purchasing the insurance.

Although I didn't have any claims, I felt assured with this plan that the coverage was excellent if something was to go wrong. I would use this company again and again.

Fortunately, we did not need to file a claim, but we felt like were well covered had the need been presented.

The plan provided peace of mind during my recent trip to Europe. The plan was reasonably priced and included good coverage for contingencies that fortunately did not occur.

Most value for a reasonable price. They also have an app that you can download to file claims. All the claim forms are in the PDF format. I didn't have to file a claim (thank God). Make sure to always keep all your receipts and proofs of payment together in the event that you need to ever file a claim.
