Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection ExactCare Value
My flight was cancelled a few hours before midnight of the day we were supposed to travel. Because of the timing, the plan declined to cover for travel delay or interruption. Apart from medical coverage or a cancellation while we were on the way to the airport, this plan is filled with loopholes - doesn't really cover much and was quite expensive for my family.

I usually don't get travel insurance but because of the uncertainty with airline cancellations and the requirement to have insurance for my trip and mainly because you responded to me the same day with a very comprehensive and affordable plan, I see how valuable it is to use you for travel insurance for my future travels. Very poor service with lack of communication. I got the impression that they just don't care and thus wasted a lot of time. They are carrying the Berkshire Hathaway name and are doing them a disservice.

We have purchased travel insurance every year however, this was the first time we had a claim. We will use Berkshire Hathaway Insurance again in the future, as well as recommend them . Very happy about the entire process........
