We had to cancel our trip last minute due to early birth of grandson. This company was easy and appropriate to work with. Customer service communication and representatives were very clear and reachable. We received reimbursement in a timely manner for costs incurred. I cannot rate them highly enough and would definitely use their coverage again for any future travel plans.

It's useless to ask people to rate a plan that they never actually had to use. I can only rate my ability to pay the fee and receive the paperwork.
