We strive to process claims within 30 days from the date of receipt; however, some cases can take longer. We are pleased to hear your claim was resolved.
They refuse to reimburse me $150 for a doctors visit in France because the doctor doesn’t have a fax number. They have all the paperwork and bills and credit card receipts, but they won’t call him for whatever else they need and he has no fax machine.

I discovered shortly after purchasing this plan that I had forgotten I had already purchased another plan. Even though there was no chance of a claim, Generalli would not refund the policy.

this plan covered all the requirements for my safe and secure travel. The plan was easy to understand and had very limited exclusions. The medical and evacuation portions of the policy were important for me as I would be traveling in some more remote areas

Unlike the offers the airlines provide after you buy a ticket, this insurance did not rely on guilt as a selling tool. The price also seemed fair. As I had no claim, I can't opine on whether this company did better on claims than all the other carriers I've insured with and had (rare) occasion to make a claim.
