Glad we had it but didn't need it. Did have a scare with our rental car and was happy to know we had coverage if it didn't work out. But it did work out.

It’s hard to judge insurance unless you need to file a claim. That is when you see how effective they are. I didn’t file any claim on this, so I can’t speak to that. On paper, the coverage and price seemed good.

Overall, good service with a product that was well explained and results were as promised. I would use this company again.

I have used C&F several times before and really like them. I did not have to file a claim this time around, BUT did file for another trip (which I did not review). I wanted to review them because they have been working with me on that claim from a previous trip and they have been great. It was my fault btw that we're still dealing with it, since I submitted very late. The claim is not finalized yet and that's the reason for the 4, but so far I'm pleased with the progress. I find Customer Service really responsive and they usually have the coverage I want for that specific trip at a reasonable cost.
