Travel Insurance Reviews for HTH Worldwide TravelGap Excursion

This is the second time I've used insuremytrip.com and HTL Worldwide, in particular. Thankfully, I did not need to file a claim but I felt secure knowing my travel medical would be covered. I have Medicare and secondary insurance but it would cover little to nothing outside the U.S. The cost of travel medical is minimal. If I bought full travel coverage it would have been more (and still worth it) but I didn't need it on the two trips I've taken so far.

Thankful that we had it. We didn't need it but it decreased the stress on me to know we were covered. Thank you!

I had no difficulty selecting the coverage options I desired. I thought the price and coverage limits were reasonable. Fortunately, I did not have to make any claims. Having the insurance though, provided me with peace of mind.

Insurance...didn't have to use it but was glad I had it just in case. This place had good reviews and seemed super legit and happy I didn't have to test it out.

I believe that you need medical coverage for overseas travel especially if both you and a spouse are going and if you have parents in a declining health position.
It will give you peace of mind even if you don't have to use it --I did not use it on my last trip to France but was certainly glad I had it just in case. I put together travel trips for people all the time and this is my first recommendation --Travel insurance is a must.

The peace of mind provided by this package removed all of the anxiety associated with an expensive trip outside of the USA. This was the 2nd time we've used HTH and will continue to do so in the future.

We didn't need to use the insurance on our holiday but having peace of mind that we purchased insurance before our holiday gave us freedom to enjoy our time without worry of illness or injury. Well worth the cost of having purchased the insurance.

Travel insurance is something I hope I never need, but will not go abroad without. I've been on trips where fellow travelers were sick or badly injured and totally on their own - not a pretty sight. Buying travel insurance gives me the sense that someone "has my back" - and allows for a much more relaxed vacation.
