We had 3 claims after a trip due to damage to a CPAP, luggage and a travel fan. The process to file a claim is easy and they were quick to respond as well as establish an estimated time line for resolution. They were able to process our claim and reimburse the full amount within 6 weeks. I would definitely use them again.
