The representatives were terrific. Twice I called for simple information. I did not have to wait long and, best, they had answers. They never tried to sell me more insurance. They simply gave me information and good feedback.

Dear valued customer, our optional Pet Bundle was specifically created for "fur-parents" like you! The Pet Bundle is an optional upgrade available for purchase with our Preferred and Deluxe plans. Unfortunately these plans are not available in NY yet, but hopefully they will be soon! Be sure to keep an eye out for these plans in the future, or give us a call before your next trip to review availability.
Tried to call few different time with a question- impossible to get through, no one picks up. What kind of trip insurance company is unreachable when needed.
Will never use this ins again.

If you contract COVID-19 prior to your departure, you may be covered for Trip Cancellation if there is a confirmed diagnosis, including proof of illness from your doctor that states you are medically unable to travel at the time of departure. If you become ill with COVID-19 while on a covered trip, you could be covered for Medical Expense, Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, and Emergency Medical Evacuation benefits if there is a confirmed diagnosis, including proof of illness from a doctor.

With ongoing mobility issues, I decided to purchase travel insurance for a trip to Hawaii to meet other family members. My mobility was quite good, after all. The insurance gave me peace of mind.

Thank you for the 5-star rating! We are glad to hear our Preferred plan provided the peace of mind you needed during a memorable trip to Hawaii with your family.
Not way too expensive, more of a gamble bet. But I was stuck and had to have something. Impossible to evaluate since thankfully we didn't need to use it. What would be nice is a partial refund if no claim. Must be a huge profit margin.

I found the plans to be confusing. I think when the plan covers a home rental in Florida, you should be able to have red tide included, as it not only impacts your activities, but also can affect your respiratory health. I thought the hurricane wordage was confusing as well. I am thankful I did not have to file for any reason. We were driving to Florida, and there was way too much info about plane reservations, delays, etc.
