We had a trip planned and my mother-in-law became sick with a terminal illness so we can to cancel. April paid the full claim though it took a while due to the hurricanes that had taken place around that same time period. We were satisfied with the service.

Fortunately, all went well on my trip, so I can not comment on any experience with claims.
I am well into the senior citizen category and was primarily interested in medical and medical evacuation coverage. I thought the premium charged for 3 weeks of coverage was surprisingly inexpensive. I will use this company again if I ever go overseas.

Even though I didn't have to cancel my trip, the customer service made me feel that if I had to cancel my trip I would be covered for most of my trip cost.

About 2 weeks before our trip I spoke with a Seven Corners rep as I needed a claim form, He
was going to send the claim form by email. My wife was ill and I did cancel my hotel rooms but hadn’t canceled my cruise as yet . She did get better and rebooked the hotel rooms! We really enjoyed the trip
