Didn't need it buy it felt good to have it. I like all the communications they sent us in case we needed it. It was very easy to get the coverage.

While I am completely satisfied, I did not need to use the plan at all; therefore my ratings are only relevant to the customer service I received when setting up the policy, which was excellent.

We lost expensive train tickets. I called the company and was told how to file a claim and the agent told me we were covered up to $150/ per ticket. We had to repurchase the tickets for our return trip on the train.
We filed all the appropriate paperwork but the claim was denied as lost tickets aren't covered. I wish we had been told this when I called. Very disappointing to find this out after going through the process of completing paperwork.

    We apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately there is no reimbursement for lost tickets as you were told by the iTravelInsured claims department. Travel providers do not like to deny a claim before reviewing all the details. Although this takes time, it is also for your protection and ensures that your claim would not be unfairly declined without first reviewing the details.

Insure my trip provided several choices of trip insurance plans. The plan we purchased..International Medical Group iTravelInsured SE provided greater coverage and at lower price than any other plans that our regular travel insurance specialist could offer. . Application and enrollment were seamless. We of course are fortunate that we did not require filing any claims.
