The policy I purchased, the CSA Travel Protection Custom Luxe plan, seemed at times to be more than I needed, so I needed to constantly remind myself of the reasons for which I needed the plan. For my circumstances with two close relatives in poor health that could have interrupted the vacation, it was worth the piece of mind.

Over seas travel covered very well. My son got eye infection at Japan, it did cover right a way.

I did a lot of comparison shopping before settling on CSA. This was the most comprehensive coverage for the best price. Although our son didn't need to make a claim, we were completely satisfied with the plan, the cost, and the staff backing it up. I called just before he left to make sure everything was a go. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and reassuring. Thank you CSA for a worry free 10 days while our son was half way around the world.

I felt comfortable traveling with the insurance plan in the event if something unforeseen happened. Luckily, nothing did and I didn't have to process any claims.
