I filed a claim for a trip that was interrupted due to Covid 19. I am sure they are gonna deny the claim because our situation was complicated and hard to provide some of documents they want (stranded to a place, couldn't get to see a real doctor, etc). However, denied or not, I just want a result to move on. They are ghosting me and it's frustrating.

I was extremely impressed with this. I had to have minor surgery while in Europe. They helped get me to a hospital, prearranged for payment directly to the hospital, and promptly paid for my out of pocket expenses.
Thank goodness I got this insurance. Seriously never travel abroad without it!
