Fortunately we didn't have to use the insurance, but it was comforting to know that in the event of an emergency we would be covered. The insurance was just what we needed at a reasonable price.

Thankfully did not have to use the insurance on my trip but it was an easy process getting the insurance and worked perfectly for my visa requirements.

Didn't have to use the insurance, thank goodness, but needed international coverage and was hand-gliding/running a marathon and this plan said it would cover those.
