The plan was ideal since there was no need to file a claim. We always buy trip insurance and have never filed a claim.
The one thing the company could do is reward customer loyalty by offering a discount on future trip insurance plans. That way we would look for that company’s plan on future trips.

Very happy with the plan's coverage (and glad we didn't have to use it); however, we feel the price could have been a little lower for the length of the trip.

At our age feel travel insurance is a must. Travel insurance is getting very expensive and cuts into overall budget for traveling.

Fortunately we did not need to use the travel insurance and it was peace of mind to purchase the policy.

With our current status in life (age, health, etc.), traveling abroad, purchasing this policy made total sense..wouldn’t leave home without it. Cost for good coverage was very reasonably priced.

Plan covered my concerns about traveling to Italy but very grateful there was no need to use it.
