Very good website & very helpful customer service rep who provided support without applying any pressure to buy.

Made it all so easy and gave us peace of mind!

Cost seems fair. Luckily didn't need to rely on it.

Fortunately I did not need to file a claim. Based on others reviews and cost for the plan I bought coverage.

Fortunately, have never needed to use it for a claim, so I cannot comment on how that process will work. But I have purchased this policy for a number of overseas trips to Italy and Russia.

It's hard to rate the plan because I did not need to use it. However, it was nice to know that it was available to me should I need to. The rate was reasonable and purchasing it was easy to do.

I didn't make a claim, so can't comment on how claims are handled. However, the buying process was easy, and I had peace of mind knowing I could be medevac'd out from my trip without bankrupting me.

We didn't have need of this policy. But as others have said, it's good have it in your pocket just in case.
