We have used the GeoBlue Voyager Choice for trips for the past several years. A couple of trips ago, our son was ill and had to visit the emergency room at a hospital. We received a couple of different bills from the hospital, and I filed claims for those bills. One was reimbursed in a couple of weeks. The second was misprocessed, but I re-filed it with clarifications and it was also reimbursed a couple of weeks later. Bottom line is that when we need to file claims, GeoBlue did indeed process and reimburse us.

I have had a policy with you for several as we go to Canada twice a year. We have not had to use it at all but we have piece of mind that we are covered if we need it.

I did not use the plan however I did use the app to see what providers were available for a severe tooth ache/infection. They were not listed in the app and I was to call or email o get that info. I choose email and it was more then 24 hours until I received a reply with a short list of providers.

Fortunately we did not have to use the plan so I cannot thoroughly review all aspects, most important timeliness of responding to a claim. I do like that the plan covered pre- existing conditions, it may be the only one on the market that does. I liked the ease of purchasing the coverage and the customer service when asking questions of the plan. We would certainly purchase again, and do hope that if it was used and a claim filed it would be handled in a timely and thorough manner. I trust the company would hold up its end of the deal if a claim had to be filed.
