    Thank you for your feedback on the policy. We are happy to hear that your trip went well and you did not have any issues that would cause you to use the plan. Travel insurance does provide peace of mind in case you do have to use it, but unfortunately, no travel insurance provider would issue you a refund after you've taken a trip.

    Your plan did have a 10 Day Review Period to request a refund after you purchase. If after you look over your policy, you find that it does not meet your needs, you can cancel it while you are inside the review period. Comprehensive travel insurance goes into effect for you the following day after you purchase a plan to cover you for Trip Cancellation.

We drove in our own car so we didn’t like it that we were needed to pay for covered and delayed or missed airfare and lost luggage although we didn’t need the coverage The persons we talked to on the phone were knowledgeable and extremely helpful We liked that they sent information on computer do we could look at it and compare
