I would not recommend this plan to anyone. They keep asking for documents that don't exist or cannot be provided, desptite providing everything that could be provided. Please avoid at all costs. They do not want to honor claims and want to make it as difficult as possible. Stay away. Not worth it.

I was pleased with my trip insurance with John Hancock. I submitted a claim for a delayed flight and they handled my claim in an expedited manner and to my satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend to others.

I appreciated your email saying you received my documents. However, no one contacted me about needing additional information until I made the contact after several weeks. I was then informed about the additional information. The person taking the call was very respectful and polite, but was extremely difficult to understand because of an accent and speed of talking. That was extremely frustrating.

Even though we didn't have to use the coverage, it was a comfort to know it was there, We saw other people injured or having to leave our ship and knew that if something happened to one of us, we had it covered. We are planning another trip and will definitely consider John Hancock again for coverage.
