I felt like this plan covered all possible concerns and emergencies that could arise. We don’t travel abroad without insurance. For us…if an accident occurs…we want to be treated in the USA.

My trip dates were Feb 4 to March 7'2024. I purchased the plan in December. Thankfully I had no reason to file a claim.

Although we did not have to make a claim, it was great knowing that we were covered if we needed to make a claim. We have already recommended the Silver Plan to two other couples. Thank you AXA.

We purchased the AXA Silver plan for a cruise we took last winter. There was a flu like illness going around the ship that both my husband & I caught, and we were treated by the physician onboard our ship. AXA covered the entire expense of our medical treatment, but it took several months of emails & snail mails back & forth, sending more documentation about the claim & the cruise, before we finally got reimbursed. They will pay your claim, but they're not a huge hurry to do it.
