Very displeased with your cancellation provisions. I have purchased another policy with you for a trip in November 2023. We will not be able to make the trip and have cancelled it. However, I can not cancel my trip insurance policy as more than 14 days have lapsed since I purchased it. So I threw away over $600. In addition, if you did not have that clause regarding coverage for pre-existing conditions mandating that I must purchase the insurance within a minimal period of time after sending in my deposit, I could have waited to purchase the trip insurance. So I lost out 2 ways-- not happy!!!!

We don't need trip cancellation insurance which, only medical coverage in case its needed. Berkshire Hathaway provided this at a reasonable price.

This insurance plan gave me peace of mind for our 45 day trip to Europe this summer. Luckily, we had no troubles and didn't have to make a claim. For a small cost, we were sure that in the event of something unexpected, we would have no worries. I highly recommend this company.

We always carry insurance for our trips to Italy and we have always used Insure My Trip. We know the price of insurance goes up every year, and we regret this fact of life.
