Did not need to file a claim, but it was great to have peace of mind.

Getting a response from customer service was insane.

The most important aspect for us was the plan covered COVID-19 the same as any other medical emergency. Also, the plan provides a certificate to show when entering any country requiring evidence of COVID-19 insurance coverage.

Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim so cannot evaluate the claims process.

I especially appreciated the help I got from an online agent, who helped me to zero in on the best plans for my needs. Otherwise the amount of choice can be overwhelming. Thank you!

To my delight, when I posted the above statement on my review, the company refunded my money! What great customer service!!!!

We fortunately did not need to file a claim, but I selected this policy over others because it seemed to have good coverage and looked easier to make a claim if anything happened. Some of the other policies I looked at listed higher limits, but after I read their policies there were limitations and red tape involved (pre-authorizations etc.) so I figured it would be difficult to get them to pay anything. I chose this one because it sounded pretty straightforward and seemed less difficult for a claim to qualify for reimbursement.
