Claim was rejected as a 4 1/2 hour delay ( Causing missing international connection) does not qualify
Must be at least a 6 hour delay I'm told!

While I didn't file a claim with HTH Worldwide TravelGap Excursion, I did appreciate the quick and professional response when I requested coverage. As a senior, insurance inquiries can sometimes be a bit more complicated, with HTH I found the staff to be most helpful and cooperative. I can assure you that I'll be contacting Insure My Trip when traveling again -- Thank you!

HTH Worldwide TravelGap Excursion
We weren't able to take this trip due to unexpected surgery needed before we left. I called to see if we could cancel this insurance, but were one day late for the 10 day cancellation deadline. Representative was polite, but not especially sympathetic to our situation.
