Fortunately I did not have to avail of my cover (as in many years previously) but I felt comfortable that the cover I required would be there If needed. Thank you.

I have to say, unfortunately we had to postpone our trip to Europe, but was quite happy with the price and coverage this company provided. They were great with refunding what I had paid and plan to use them again when we hopefully take our trip next year.

Had to cancel as our trip was cancelled due to medical issue. Customer service rep who helped me was very good.

Seemed a great plan for the money but of course didn't claim on it so that would be the full test to whether it was a great plan or not.

Although I didn't need to use my plan it did made hiking, biking and driving all over Ireland a lot more relaxing knowing that should I need it, I had that safety net. I will be using insuremytrip and Geoblue for future trips, both were very easy to work with and I received my quotes and documentation within the hour of placing the order.

As has been reported by others that have purchased the plan, it was a comfort although I did not need to use it. I would try to get feedback from someone who had to file a claim if you have time before purchasing. I relied on the fact that is was backed by Blue Cross. Good value. Glad I did not need to use it

GeoBlue representatives that I spoke to prior to my trip were excellent. They made sure I had collect call numbers to place emergency calls while in UK, and sent me membership card. They reassured me that they would be there in time of emergency.

I am grateful for the peace of mind the insurance offered. I would use your service again in the future.
