My only objection is the price. Very expensive to insure two business class fares on an international flight. Then when I tried to add the price of a car service, the price was astronomical. I wound up purchasing the extra coverage from my travel agent and saving almost $200.

Originally, the trip I was purchasing had an optional rider for trip insurance that offered less coverage than my AXA plan for a more expensive rate. After research, I found AXA. I worked a customer service rep to find the right plan for me. I was able to get excellent coverage for a fantastic rate. Then, when everything went wrong with the trip, the reps I spoke to in my attempt to file my multiple claims were amazing! They went out of their way to help me in the process and direct me in the documentation gathering phase. Although the claim process took about a month, the claim was handling fairly with a lot of assistance. I will ALWAYS use AXA for my future insurance needs.

AXA Assistance USA was exactly what I was looking for. Due to some travel plan chances before my first covered trip, I changed the dates and location of of trip. aXA / Insure my trip was very cooperative and helped me chance with very little fanfare. All is good and I would recommend Insure My Trip to anyone looking for travel insurance.
