Fortunately I didn’t have to submit a claim this trip but a couple of years ago I did and Travelex covered the entire cost of my six day hospital stay in Uppsala, Sweden. I’ve already purchased another Travelex Select plan for another upcoming trip to Sweden this summer.

Travelex Travel Basic
I didn't need to use this insurance on my recent trip that went very smoothly, but from past travel experience that DID need help from a policy by Travelex, I was happy to sign up for it. Travelex has convinced me it is worth having.

Travelex Travel Select
This plan strikes a nice balance between coverage levels and cost. The true test, of course, is filing a claim, which we fortunately did not need to do. However, I did file a claim back in 2014 and it was processed quickly and with little hassle.

Travelex Flight Insure Plus
As I did not make a claim, I can't speak to that aspect of the product. The policy was easy to understand and purchase. Gave me peace of mind.
