since i have not needed to file a claim, my main happiness with this policy is the reputation of the provider blue cross and the coverage provided - for less than $120 usd per person for a year coverage. we have 3 trips planned so this is $40 per person per trip. yes it is only medical but look at what you get for $40 from other trip insurance companies. my bags and the cost of my non refundable tickets are covered by my credit card but not a $100k usd med evac or $50k non usa doc. i sleep better at night with this coverage.

Peace of mind from the huge expense for medical evacuation is wonderful. Years ago it cost a year's salary to bring a friend back from Grenada, so this is a small price to pay.
