It's kinda hard to indicate my level of satisfaction as I hadn't cause to use it or file a claim. However, as far as the terms of the policy and price was concerned, it was fine. One potential sticking point was that my trip actually involved traveling to two countries ... I think the website should allow for customers to list all countries they will be visiting. A concern I had was if I did have a reason to file a claim, would the insurance firm then tell me I wasn't covered as I had only listed one country..?

    Thank you for your feedback on the policy. We only need to know of one destination you are traveling to. The Primary Destination is the place where you are going to spend a majority of your time while on your trip. You will have coverage if your travel to a destination outside of the listed primary destination during your trip, provided the plan you purchase does not specifically list it as a restricted location. You can check to see if a country is restricted by updating your quote with the other countries you are visiting. If the same plan appears, then it will cover you for all your destinations.

This was a short, simple trip. When I realized that my Medicare and supplemental medical plans did not provide coverage outside the US it seemed prudent to purchase this specific form of travel insurance.
