Excellent coverage, fortunately we did not need to file a claim.

Even though I didn't have to cancel my trip, the customer service made me feel that if I had to cancel my trip I would be covered for most of my trip cost.

Representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable, very good at helping us figure out exactly what we needed, what was/was not covered, and how to get best price but with the right coverage for our trip to a very remote and inaccessible place. Insurance always seems expensive until you need it - luckily we did not need to put in a claim so no idea what service etc. would be like for that.

This policy gave me the safety net I needed to enjoy the planning and actual taking of this trip.

We were very satisfied with the price for the coverage for most items, such as luggage and health emergencies. We nearly needed to stay overnight in Russia with no way home due to an airline error they didn't want to cover. My coverage for trip delays was only $200. That would have been inadequate, but better than nothing and delays happen all the time. At $600 to cover a $15K trip, the plan was worth the cost and I'd buy it again.
