This is the first time I have had to use my insurance, so I was a little worried if I had the right documents and if the claim would be accepted. My flight was cancelled and rescheduled. I submitted a hotel receipt for the night and it was approved in less than 2 weeks. I am very pleased with the process. Travelex/Berkshire Hathaway had a form to fill out, along with my receipts, and all could be submitted by email. I contacted customer service to begin the claim and spoke with a knowledgeable rep.
