My husband and I have chosen this plan three times now for our traveling needs; we plan on choosing it again and again as the customer service and plan options simply cannot be beat! Peace of mind, folks---priceless!

The coverage was not needed but It was a great feeling that we were covered if needed.

Happy I didn't need to use it, but I felt the cost for the potential coverage was reasonable for the peace of mind, given that many hotels and attractions require full, non-refundable payment in advance, and the uncertainty associated with covid, elderly relatives, etc.

Thank God I didn’t need it but it gave us confidence knowing we would be covered if needed. Thanks

The policy was expensive but necessary and fortunately unused.

Unfortunately my flight was canceled 5 days prior to the trip & I was fully reimbursed for the ticket. Had to drive to my destination.

It's hard to say too much, as we ended up not needing any of the coverage. I got a few reminders about the policy, and what info I'd need to file a claim should the need arise, before our trip, which was appreciated. The price seemed better than the competitors, so I guess it was fair.

I liked that they sent an email with the information about the policy just before I left on the trip. Fortunately I did not need to use it!
