We have cruised over 20 times, and always insure our trip. It only makes sense in todays world to do so since we really never know what could or will happen. CSA is the best, and I recommend them to any one taking any kind of trip, flying or cruising. Best rates and best service. Bob Mason

We had a medical issue arise and were afraid we might not be able to be authorized by the doctor to take the cruise. 4 days before the cruise the doctor said it would be okay to take the cruise if we kept it as a laid-back type cruise and not too active. We contact CSA and received wonderful guidance from them before the doctor gave us the okay. The trip took place and everything was fine. We were relieved to have the CSA policy and we were thankful it was there should we have needed it at the last minute.

I did not have a claim but knowing I was fully protected for a nominal fee . . . priceless! I also liked the e-mail sent prior to my trip wishing me good travels!
