I didn’t need to use the insurance, so I can’t comment on how the company would handle a claim. But it covered any possible problems I may have run into.

Was glad to have it as I traveled to a rather remote area via many planes & the location didn't have a great hospital.Luckily this time I didn't need to file a claim but I did 7 months ago & it was paid promptly which is why I used this company again.

Contacted them about an injury and wanted some advice, took them several days for them to contact me. Ultimately had to make another request 3 days after my initial letter and had another response 9 days after to my first request.
