Absolutely do not get this insurance. Our family got Covid on a trip to Ecuador. I called the HTH Worldwide Trip Protector customer service as soon as we got a positive home test to see what we needed to do. I was told that we did not need to get a test at a doctor's office or pharmacy to prove that we had Covid. I was told that because of the highly contagious nature of Covid, that no proof was necessary. Now HTH refuses to cover our claim and we are out almost $2,000.

As far as lost items go the exemptions list is ridiculously long. Basically nothing is covered lol. Good from the health perspective but as far as personal property you need to get a better plan
