We had a complicated issue with a damaged suitcase in which the airline wouldn't cover it. There was no claim filed with the airline since they wouldn't allow a claim but, they did give us a $100 voucher. Nationwide let us use that voucher as proof that we tried to file a claim and ended up giving us a check for the suitcase. We also had to submit equivalent prices of similar suitcases we found online and they ended up giving us the maximum amount that we submitted.

This is the third time I have used InsureMyTrip. I used there services for lost luggage on one occasion and had no problem with my claim.
I feel very relieved having the peace of mind they give me.

The help I received when choosing a plan was wonderful. It made for an easy choice. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

I wish the car rental insurance was more reasonable for any plan, though.
