No incidents, no health problems, no claims, but it certainly served my need for a plan, and the price seemed about right.

I was delighted that I didn't have to make a claim! If I had I would have a lot more to say about the plan..

Can only comment on the fact that I bought it and had it for my trip - since I did not file a claim I cannot say how the plan is when needed.

I had peace of mind in case I needed medical attention. Fortunately, I did not need any.

Of course the real evaluation would be how they responded if we had and incident, which fortunately we did not. Otherwise as far as we can tell the plan provided coverage that we needed at a reasonable cost.
