I had a health issue, for which I was promptly assigned a case manager who provided support in getting the documentation required for the pre-authorisation of a medical procedure I needed and then for submitting a claim. They took almost 2 months in refunding me, but eventually they refunded me in full, so I'm a happy customer.

Fortunately I never had to use the HCC Medical Insurance plan. I did feel secure during my travels knowing that the cost of emergency medical care and transportation back to the United States would be covered if needed.

A great plan for the last minute traveler, and at a great price. Emergency Medical, dental, and evacuation coverages are some of the most important parts of a good plan, and this plan had it! Thank you very much for giving me assurance on my trip with my daughter!
