Travel Insurance Reviews GeoBlue Trekker Choice
The GeoBlue Trekker Choice is a multi-trip Medical plan which offers emergency medical coverage while you are traveling abroad. This plan covers trips up to 70 days in length (per trip) that you will be taking outside the country during the year. The Trekker Choice plan does require you to have primary health insurance in place, but there is no exclusion for pre-existing conditions. This plan has higher limits than the Trekker Essential plan.

Luckily, I had no need to use the coverage but your survey wouldn't let me complete until I filled in the stars. Suggestion might be to put in a NA star. I did appreciate the email before our trip reminding us of our coverage. It was helpful to have a reminder of what to bring with us for verification of coverage and how to use the coverage. Since it is an annual coverage, I will notify the company of any new travel plans. Thanks,

Fortunately, as with so many reviewers, we did not have to file a claim on this trip. However, with other international trips coming up this year and no medical coverage abroad from our Medicare Supplemental, this seemed like a wise choice. The agent was very helpful and friendly as well.

It's easy to view the coverage positively, because we didn't have a claim. But it felt good to know that we were covered, and will have travel coverage for the next year.
