Request to cancel policy has been met with delays and unclear communication. Issue remains unresolved.

Although we did not use the insurance, card with contact numbers for the the services would be helpful.

I called Generali a few days prior to my trip to Rwanda to get an understanding of the medical evacuation coverage and cancellation coverage due to the Marburg Virus. The phone attendant could not answer any of my questions, was way too casual about his lax responses, told me a supervisor would call me to explain & I never heard from anyone. Seems you are strong on the sales, but the backend service is lousy.

We have used this company in the past and did have to file a claim during hurricane Fiona. They were fantastic during that process and we will try to use them for all future travel!

Fortunately, I did not have to use it but it provided safety in case I did.
