Thankfully, we did not have any issues on our trip. We did, however, have peace of mind that, should the unexpected have happened, we would have been protected. We never take a cruise vacation without the proper trip insurance.

Purchased primarily for protection in case work extended me into my vacation. I didn't need to use the plan, but it provided a good value, just in case.

Seems fair priced for medical coverage. Never filed a claim so I don’t know how good or bad. In reality.

I did use it during my trip. Nevertheless, it was affordable and tailored to my needs.

So much distrust with this type of insurance. I was hopeful at best that you would even cover what we thought might be a claim that should be covered. And I don't think it was clear enough what exactly would be covered when purchasing or even after reading the policy. I just wanted to be covered if me or my kid got sick the night before the trip.

The insurance process went very smooth!

Being on Medicare and going out of country scared us into purchasing the insurance - mostly for the health coverage. It gave us peace of mind knowing that if something "very bad" happened that we would be covered. Fortunately the cruise went on right as scheduled and we were only in Jamaica and Haiti for a few hours each WITHOUT INCIDENT.

As most often is the case, it was not needed. But the peace of mind is priceless.

I need this plan essentially just for medical. I have not filed a claim but it gives me peace of mind while I travel. It is very reasonably priced as well.
