Travel Insurance Reviews for John Hancock Insurance Agency, Inc. Gold

My flight was cancelled and no flights were available for this and the following days. I didn't get any refund from airline for the cancelation because it was connected flight. We rented a car and drove 16 hours to get home next day. I filed the claim and got a full refund for car rental and other expenses on the way back. Claim was paid within 2 months. I would use this insurance again.

This is the second time I've purchased this plan for travel coverage. On both trips we've had a claim and both times the claims were processed in a timely manner and to my full satisfaction.
