Do not use Trawick at all! My baggage was delayed and I filed all documents on time and to the letter. Initially I was told I would hear back in 10 days. Then I was told I would hear back in another 15 business days. Well, another 15 business days have passed. When I called them again, it was as though I was in the wrong. I tried being as polite as possible and then he told me I would hear back in another 30 business days. Along the way, he kept telling me I would receive a status update in an email. I never once have received any emails or updates. Nothing. When I had emailed them, absolutely zero response numbers of time. They said I could go to a website (cbpconnect) to get a status update. When I went there, nothing. And then when I asked on the phone call about it, it says I'm in the system. When I asked I why I wasn't even receiving any updates, he sighed and basically said wait the month.
I think it's all a scam to actually not pay out on an actual valid claim. I submitted airline baggage lost claim forms, boarding passes, filled out Trawick forms, everything. Early and on time and thing.
I am very disappointed in Trawick and in Insuremytrip for even giving them such high ratings when they have been so poor in every aspect of their customer service.
