Fortunately, we did not have to file a claim. But, we felt we could rely on this plan if needed.

HTH Worldwide Trip Protector Classic
This was probably the easiest claims process I've ever used (and I've used several). I just went online, pulled down the list of needed documents (no surprises there), then scanned the docs and sent them in an email. 7 days later they sent me an email showing the claim settlement, and a few days later I got the check in the mail. No need to call during business hours; no need to ask for clarification on anything.

I submitted a claim for $250 in medical & pharmacy expenses, and they paid everything except the $6 Uber ride to the doctor (and when they denied that, they sent me the language from the policy explaining why).

Their policy was slightly more expensive than another company's, but I think it was worth it for the ease and speed of filing the claim.

Impossible to rate because I didn't have to file a claim.
The cost was higher than the plan I wanted to buy but couldn't because I had aged out.
