Fortunately, I did not have any problems on my cruise and did not need to use the insurance. But it was easy to purchase and very affordable. Will buy again for future vacations.

Obviously the claim process is the most important part of the coverage, however, we were impressed at the communication by email during our trip. They provided claim numbers, customer service numbers etc. COVID protection was part of plan.

My husband got COVID during our trip to Mexico so we could not return on time and had to change our air tickets. This plan covered all fees to change the tickets . It was very easy to file a claim and the claim was processed very quickly.
