Great coverage for my trip to Mexico

Didn't have to use it. Hopefully if I did the process would have been smooth.

Consumers really need more details on what are exact steps in filing and collecting of a medical claim should one need to be initiated.
I am very skeptical if anything would be covered, and if so, would we have to "fight" with insurer to get reimbursed many weeks months later??

Everything was seamless. Easy and the cost was reasonable. Fortunately, no medical issues came up while traveling.

The satisfied question is a bit misleading. I was not dissatisfied. There were no claims and that's good! The coverage was what I was looking for, the price was reasonable and the company is solid. I will look to insuremytrip when I travel next year.

Didn’t need to file a claim, but, good peace of mind to have coverage

Geo Blue offered the only plane I could find that offered direct billing instead of waiting for reimbursement. While there is no guarantee that the provider you go to would agree to direct bill at least it is a possibility.
Fortunately we had no claims so therefore no experience filing a claim. Still the company provides good service and the documentation you will need to initiate a claim or show proof of insurance. Well worth the money to have peace of mind!

Overall I felt the plan and the cost reasonable but didn't have to use it so insurance peace of mind
