Since you can judge an insurance plan only if you have a claim and we tried to do everything the safe way. It looks like the trip went nice and smooth as planed I have nothing else to add.

1st, it’s hard to write an accurate review when we did not have to submit a claim and have no idea how difficult that process would be.
Our trip was originally scheduled for St. Maarten but due to the hurricane, was switched to Punta Cana. The hoops Insure My Trip made me jump though were enough to never use the company again. I made 1 phone call to CSA and they switched immediately while we were on the phone. I still jumped though IMT’s hoops to make sure if we needed to make a claim on any of our 8 travelers, we were covered. So unnecessary. The CSA rep was pleasant, the IMT agent, not so much. Again, will use CSA again, but not IMT.
