This company was referred to me by C a trusted travel advisor and I in turn refered to my traveling companions. Haven’t had a claim yet ( two trips) but I felt the coverage provided was reasonable, clearly stated, and met my expectations. So, I trust if I have a claim for future trips the coverage will be as expected.

We didn’t need to file any claims so it is hard to say how the company would have been had we needed to do so. Purchase was easy and coverage seemed to be what we might have needed if something went wrong.

Once I actually filed the claim, the process went very smoothly. I received email confirmation when you got my claim forms, and once they were processed. My check arrived very quickly. However, I was never able to get the online claim website to work at all. It took several very frustrating phone calls over the course of a week to finally get someone who was willing to e-mail the necessary claim forms to me. Your customer service people need customer service training!
