Cannot assess if the plan was satisfactory. There were no issues with travel or medical.

I really can't answer these questions honestly because I did not have to file a claim.

It was good to know we had reliable travel insurance while on our vacation.

I did not know what to expect. I just knew that COVID and other traveling challenges could hapen and I wanted to have the peace of mind that I had some type of insurance. I made the decision to purchase 2 days before my trip and it was a price decision mostly. Did they have some type of coverage, would they help of I tested positive for Covid in Cozumel and what would I need to do.

Trip was great and we will use it again for our next trip. Thanks to all

Very good feeling to know if a need arisies that you have a strong plan B

Plan was the best for my needs and the price was very reasonable. Fortunately I did not need to file a claim, having the policy in place gave me great peace of mind. I traveled in March with the same policy and did need to file a claim, it is still being processed. I will update my review as that proceeds, but so far other than submitting the claim I've heard nothing back.

Phone convo with a representative in advance of our trip was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable, not rushed, walked me through which options were best for our situation and why. We don't often find that level of customer service these days.

I used to use an alternate provider, but switched for better coverage at a lower price.
